The Sparrow Solutions team has more than 50 years of combined expertise in executive management, client services, administration, human resources, IT/IS, household management, organization and more. We believe in creating the right synergy between our team and yours. Our mission is to support and enhance our Colorado businesses and communities.
After 20 years of successful executive leadership in a variety of industries, our founder, Nancy Sparrow, saw the opportunity to provide outstanding solutions and services to professionals and businesses. As a leader and visionary, she is passionate about partnering with clients in a team environment to create solutions that deliver short and long term results. Nancy is a Massachusetts’ native and received her Bachelor’s in Business Psychology from Harvard University. Nancy is also a certified *Legacy Integrative Holistic Coach and supports individuals and teams in their growth and success.
As a certified Integrative Holistic Life Coach, Nancy works with clients to identify areas of breakthrough and growth, improve life balance and flow, and support them with thriving in all aspects of their life.
